I have a free tee voucher but I’m being charged £1.99?

The £1.99 charge is for the postage and packaging, but rest assured you won't be paying for the tee or the awesome design. We hope you'll agree that you're still getting an absolute bargain!

How do I use a promotion code?

Easy. Simply add your promotional code at the checkout for any discounts or offers to be applied.


Why did my payment fail?

There are several reasons a payment can fail. This could be that your card may have expired or been reissued, there may be insufficient funds in your account, or your bank may have blocked the payment. For your security, your bank will never share the exact reason with us so you’ll need to contact them to find out the exact reason. You can add and remove cards any time in the ‘My Account’ section of our website.

Does it cost to join?

We don’t charge a joining fee. You simply pay monthly for as long as you'd like to receive these awesome tees.

When will I be charged for my order?

We do not take immediate payment upon sign-up. We bill on the 1st of each month, if the payment fails don’t worry – we will automatically re-try up until the 10th (this may affect your delivery date).

Is there a contract?

There’s no contract and you can cancel whenever you like, but we hope you'll love our t-shirt subscription box so much that you'll never want to cancel! To cancel simply email us via our contact page with your request.

Can I purchase as a gift for somebody?

Absolutely, sharing is caring. To gift somebody a (perhaps long overdue) wardrobe makeover simply select ‘gift’ at checkout and we’ll add a special note from you in the recipients first box!


I’m going away for a while; can I pause my subscription?

This is a great question and something we’re working on! Subscribe to our mailing list to hear when this and other great features will be added to our website.

How do I update my delivery address?

Easy, just log into the ‘My Account’ section and you’ll be able to update your personal information, including your delivery address.

How does the Licensed Merch subscription work?

We offer this subscription as a mystery box only, there is no option to select your tee on this subscription (at the moment)

Can I have a T-Shirt & a Hoodie?

At the moment you can only have 1 subscription per account – if you’d like to receive both options then all you need to do is set up a 2nd account with us, you can use all the same information re addresses, payment info etc but will need a separate email address.

Will I be able to track my order?

We will send you a notification each month when we’ve dispatched your monthly tee box, but we don’t have order tracking at the moment. Typically your order will arrive within a couple of days of sending, but our courier prefer to guarantee delivery within 7 working days. If your item hasn’t arrived, simply get in touch with us via our contact page and we’ll find out what’s happened.

My Order has not arrived

We advise to allow up to 7 working days, from the date of dispatch, for your order to arrive. If this is not with you at this point please contact us and we will look into this for you.

Can I pick my tee design?

Our Tee-Picker usually goes live around the 20th each month, allowing you to pick your next awesome design. Where the 20th falls on a bank holiday or weekend then it’ll go live on the following working day.

Can I change my subscription from a Tee to a Hoodie or to Licensed?

You can change your subscription month to month if required, if you have enough tees for now then switch to our hoodies for a bit and enjoy our awesome designs in a cosier option!

Can I get mixed sizes if I’m on Kaboodle or Kit & Kaboodle?

Unfortunately, this is not something we offer, at the moment. However, we are always adding new features so keep your eyes peeled!

I can only pick 1 design in the Tee-Picker!

If on a package with more than 1 tee, you can only choose your 1st design – any after this will be random, but based on your interests, so you’re sure to love it too.


What’s your returns policy?

We understand that sometimes your tee might not be quite right, so if the tee is unworn and in the same condition as when it was delivered then simply get in touch via our contact page to arrange a return. Return postage cost is your responsibility, unless in the event of a damaged item being received.

I don’t like my Tee

We strongly advise you to use our Tee-Picker each month to ensure you get a tee you love, if you prefer a surprise design each month however simply make sure your interests are up to date so we can match you to a tee that’s up your street. If we get this wrong simply get in touch via our contact page so we can resolve this for you.

Can I cancel and will I be charged?

Of course, you can cancel whenever you like. To request a cancellation simply email us via our contact page with your request. We lovingly print all of our tees to order. Because of this, any cancellation requests will result in your account being cancelled from the next billing period. If you confirm cancellation (security details) at least 48 hours to our billing date (the 1st) then your account will be cancelled immediately and no further payments will be taken.

What material are the t-shirts?

We use a range of t-shirts. Most which are 100% ring spun cotton and pre-shrunk. Preshrinking helps stop your t-shirt turning into a baby vest after one wash!

What is Tee4aTee?

The Tee4aTee Project is a huge part of the Monthly Tee Club which reflects our vision and who we are. We believe that a t-shirt can mean so much more than something you wear. It can be an expression of who you are and an extension of your personality.

Put simply, by being a member you’ll be helping those less fortunate. For every month you're subscribed, we donate an item to somebody in need. Our charitable tees will typically portray a positive message, letting the recipients know that they too are a member of the Monthly Tee Club and most importantly, that we care.

Can I buy just one t-shirt?

At the moment we don't sell one off t-shirts, nor do we provide a way to choose a specific tee. The more you tell us about yourself though, the more chance you'll have of receiving an amazing shirt which is right up your street!

Are these t-shirts for men or women?

We offer a fit suitable for anyone of any gender. Simply select your preferred style at checkout and we’ll make sure the right fitting tee makes its way to you each month.

Do you offer any products other than t-shirts?

Currently the Monthly Tee Club only offer tees but we’re working on adding some exciting products to our repertoire. Sign up to our email newsletter to be the first to hear about it!

How are your t-shirts made?

We use only the highest quality t-shirts in our boxes. We then use a variety of print techniques, all of which have been rigorously tested to ensure that the tees look as good after the umpteenth wash as they did when you first received them!

How can I update my interests?

Got a new favourite hobby or tv series you’re binging on? We’ve got you covered: simply log into the ‘My Account’ section and there you’ll be able to add your newfound interests.


When will I get my T-Shirt(s)?

We dispatch your tee (or multiple tees if you just can't get enough!) on the 10th day of every month. Standard shipping timescales apply, so please allow up to 7 working days for your box to arrive. Where the 10th lands on a bank holiday or a weekend, we'll get it in the post to you on the next working day.

The cut off date for amending your interests or for placing new orders is the 1st of each month. Orders placed after the 1st will have their tee dispatched on the 10th of the following month.

Example: You place an order on 28th March, so your dispatch date will be the 10th April. Example 2: You place your order on 2nd April, which is after the cut-off date. You will be charged on 1st May and your tee will be dispatched on the 10th May.

Will you be adding more dispatch dates?

This is something we're working on, so stay tuned. At the moment we dispatch all orders on (or just after) the 10th of every month.

Do you ship globally?

At present we only offer our brilliant tee shirt subscription box to the UK and USA market. However, we’re working on sharing Monthly Tee Club with the world, so why not subscribe to our mailing list to hear when this and other exciting features will be added!

What if my delivery doesn’t arrive?

We’re sorry if your parcel hasn’t arrived. Simply get in touch with us via our contact page and we’ll find out what’s happened.

Can I cancel and will I be charged?

Of course, you can cancel whenever you like. We don’t charge if you wish to cancel, you’ll only pay for the tees you receive. To cancel simply email us via our contact page with your request.

If you cancel before the cut off, your account will be cancelled immediately. If payment has already been made, we'll refund your money in full for that period. If not, we'll cancel the standing order and no further payments will be taken.

How much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery cost is £1.99. We also offer priority shipping for £3.99.

Will the tee fit through my letter box?

Yup! Our boxes are cleverly designed to pop right through your letter box, meaning you don't have to be at home every month to receive it.
